Xingde Li receives Hartwell Award

Dr. Xingde Li, Associate Professor of Biomedical Engineering, has received a Hartwell Individual Biomedical Research Award and designation as a Hartwell Investigator by The Hartwell Foundation, which supports innovative and cutting-edge biomedical applied research that potentially benefits children. This award carries with it research support for three years. Dr. Li was one of only twelve Hartwell Individual Biomedical Research awardees in the nation. His proposed research project is “Ultracompact Nonlinear Optical Endomicroscope for Predicting Preterm Birth.”
