During your second year, build upon your knowledge by pursuing thesis research related to your focus area in the Biomedical Engineering or Electronic Engineering departments at Tsinghua University. Application Requirements
- Personal statement: please provide a maximum two-page overview of your academic goals, career objectives, and research interests.
- Recommendations: two letters of recommendation are required. At least one letter of recommendation must be from a faculty member who is familiar with the applicant’s academic record.
- Transcripts: an unofficial transcript is accepted for application. If the applicant is selected for admission, official transcript is required at registration. The final official transcript must list the degree earned, or a certificate of graduation is required.
- TOEFL (The Test of English as a Foreign Language) is required
- Graduate Record Exam (GRE) is required.
- Additional documents/evaluation: Candidates who wish to have their papers, abstracts, talks, portfolios, etc. reviewed can included these materials as well.
