The cover of the June 16, 2009 issue of Science Signaling features a Protocol developed by Andre Levchenko and colleagues that details how to analyze signaling in single cells with a high-throughput microfluidics device. The image shows sample data from an experiment in which the cells were processed for immunofluorescent imaging of signaling molecules following exposure to a stimulus for various times. Andre Levchenko has had an article featured on the cover and a podcast conversation published in recent issues of Science Signalling. The article, "Using a Microfluidic Device for High-Content Analysis of Cell Signaling," was the cover article in the June 16, 2009 issue.
